Refunds and returns

We understand that shopping online can be difficult so we offer returns and refunds within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not offer exchanges at the moment. 

Items that have been returned need to be in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, and unstained) with tags still attached and in original packaging with the order slip. ZSAZSA reserves the right to reject a return if the terms above are not complied with. 

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please contact us if you want to return an item and allow us up to 3 working days to process your request and send you the return address. Please keep the receipt and tracking number of the returns. We don't refund missing packages. 

Once we have received your returns, please allow up to 14 working days for us to assess your returns and process your refund. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used in your original purchase. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
